We have dedicated administration staff at reception to help you. They provide assistance to patients, arranging appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions, taking phone messages and, where appropriate, giving test results, in addition to resolving any other general queries you may have. They aim to offer a first class service to you; all information is treated in strict confidence. Please note that medical staff are not in a position to take queries from patients during clinic times. Our reception staff are highly trained and can answer most general queries you might have.
Dr Rita Galimberti graduated from the University of Milan in 1992. She then completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology both in Italy and in Ireland. She obtained her specialist qualification in 1996.
She has been Assistant Master in the Coombe Women’s Hospital.
Dr Lakshmi Para graduated from UCD in 2010. She grew up in Northern England and has also lived in Canada where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Pharmacology at the University of Alberta.
Dr Louise O Hehir entered the royal college of surgeons on an academic scholarship in 1995 to study medicine. After her internship she successfully secured her place on the Eastern Regional General practice training programme and has been working as GP with an interest in woman’s health since, both in the NHS in UK and in Dublin for the past 15 years.
Recruited to the Femplus team in September 2009; The Practice Manager has a key role in the smooth running of the clinic. Since 1984 Jillian has worked in various positions in Our Lady’s Hospital and St James’s Hospital.Jillian is one of the first people that our patients come into contact with, either on the phone, or at reception.
Lorraine graduated from Trinity College as a midwife in 2015 having studied/trained as a mature student. Lorraine joined the team in August 2018 and is a welcome addition to the team.
Deirdre and Denise are the first point of contact for all our patients either in person or over the phone to help with booking appointments and answering any queries patients might have. They endeavour to meet all patient’s needs with kindness and respect at all times.
